Delivery
Noobeed product will be sent by email. The software is compressed and saved as a self-extracting file, named "nb_sfx.exe". The compressed file size is about 2 mega-bytes, which is believed to be able to travel via email safely. We use this method of delivery because we think that it is the most efficient, economic, fast, and environmental friendly way possible in this modern technology age.
Unless sending the product via email is not possible, we will deliver it by mail, free of charge. Upon request, it is also possible to get the product by mail, however, there will be a 25 USD charge for processing and handling.
In general, Noobeed is able to be delivered within 24 hours, if an order, or just a notify email (see Honor System below), is received between 730 AM to 530 PM (EST) during Monday to Friday. Weekend ordering will be delivered no more than the next Monday morning. Noobeed needs some time to process the product since each individual Noobeed will be uniquely generated and the user register name is physically a part of the software.
Honor system
As soon as you send an order, including a payment (check or money order), please notify us by writing an email to info@noobeed.com, and we will send you immediately the product. This service is specially so offered to make the process work as quickly as an online ordering. Yet it is more secured than any other ordering system since there is no information sent around.
